Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction above all else. Please review our policies for services and products to ensure a smooth and fair experience.

Services:

- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you experience any issues with a service within 2-3 days, we'll gladly redo the service (repair) at no additional cost. Your happiness is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied, kindly inform us during your service or within 24 hours after your service has been completed. We're dedicated to making necessary adjustments if any mistakes were made on our end.

- Payment Policy: Please ensure that payment is made on the same day as the service (unless it is a long-term service requiring advance payment) – no exceptions.

- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your service or appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. For same-day bookings, please inform us at least 3 hours prior. No-shows on the day of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% (deposit) for specific treatments – no exceptions.

- No Refunds After Service: Once the service has been provided, no refunds are issued.

Products:

- Return Eligibility: Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- Refund Options: For eligible returns, we offer a refund to the original payment method or a store credit.

- Non-Returnable Items: If a product has been opened or used, no refunds are accepted. This policy helps us ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers.

General Policies:

- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
